Replacement and Service Policy
If a product has a manufacturing defect, customers may be eligible for a replacement within the warranty period. The replacement process typically requires 5-7 business days, depending on the location of the customer. Para John will arrange for the product to be picked up from the customer’s location, taken to our warehouse for assessment and service, and delivered back to the customer. The service timeline may vary based on logistics, but every effort will be made to complete the service within 7 days.
No Onsite Support
Please note that Para John does not provide onsite repair or service support. All products must be transported to our service facility for inspection and repair.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available only in select cases and are subject to approval based on the specific issue with the product. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and customers will be notified of the status. Once approved, the refund will be returned through the original payment method or another agreed-upon method.
Service Process
1. Product Collection: Upon a service request, we will arrange to pick up the product from the customer's location.
2. Warehouse Inspection: The product will be inspected at our facility to identify the defect and determine the service needed.
3. Return to Customer: After the necessary service or replacement, the product will be sent back to the customer.
