3. Warranty Policy
3.1. Para John offers a *2-year limited warranty* on specific parts, including wheels, zippers, handles, and locks.
3.2. The warranty does not cover body damages such as scratches, chemical exposure, breakage, bent parts, cosmetic issues, water or fire damage, or any other physical damage.
3.3. Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required to claim warranty service.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
4.1. Returns and refunds are processed only for selected cases and must be approved by Para John’s customer service team.
4.2. For manufacturing defects, replacements will be processed within *5-7 business days*, depending on the location.
4.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within *5-7 business days* upon approval.
4.4. All products returned for service will be picked up, inspected at our warehouse, and returned after service completion. Onsite repair support is not available.

5. YANA – Travel Assistance Service Terms
5.1. YANA’s luggage assistance service is available only to customers who purchase a Para John trolley bag.
5.2. To avail of this service, customers must provide a copy of their *boarding pass* and a *photo of their Para John trolley bag* via WhatsApp at *+971 800 9262*.
5.3. Luggage assistance is currently available only at *Kochi, **Calicut, and **Thiruvananthapuram* airports in Kerala, India.
5.4. Para John reserves the right to update or modify service terms based on operational feasibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Para John (NOOR ALABRAJ TRADING LLC) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
6.2. We are not responsible for any delays, disruptions, or unforeseen events that may impact the availability of our YANA service.
7. *Intellectual Property
7.1. All content, including logos, product images, and text, on the Para John website, is the property of *NOOR ALABRAJ TRADING LLC* and is protected under intellectual property laws.
7.2. Reproduction or unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
